This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with over eight years in Corporate Development, M&A, or Investment Banking. You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive integration processes to ensure growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess strategic acquisition and investment opportunities
• Lead complete M&A lifecycle from valuation to execution
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis
• Drive post-merger integration plans and synergy realization
• Partner with leaders for smooth operational transitions
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Corporate Development or related fields
• Proven success in leading M&A transactions
• Expertise in financial modeling and deal structuring
• Experience in SaaS, energy, or industrial sectors preferred
• Strong communication and executive presence
