Become a Senior Client Account Manager at MNP, specializing in fostering strong client relationships and optimizing service delivery. This role focuses on strategic growth and advocacy within the Managed Services division.
Your expertise will drive the long-term success of clients by understanding their business goals and advocating for their needs internally. You’ll manage performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and oversee the delivery of high-quality services to ensure client satisfaction. This is a key role for someone passionate about client success and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
• Track performance metrics and service delivery standards
• Proactively address service issues and enhance client experience
• Drive strategic account planning and identify upsell opportunities
• Report on account health and client satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
• Significant experience with Executive Business Reviews
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT frameworks
• Outstanding communication and facilitating skills
• Proven track record in managing multiple accounts efficiently
