As a Materials Coordinator, you will perform essential tasks that facilitate smooth operations between procurement and site maintenance. Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with vendors and various operational teams to enhance materials fulfillment. Knowledge of SAP and logistical coordination will play a critical role in your daily activities to ensure that all project materials are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate materials coordination for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with planning, inventory, and procurement teams
• Manage stock and assist with inventory transactions
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in materials handling
• Ensure timely communication with vendors and business units
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in materials and logistics management
• Proficient in SAP material systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form
