Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Materials Coordinator II in Calgary's Oil and Gas sector. Spearhead effective materials coordination and project support.
In this role, you'll utilize your 7+ years of experience in material coordination to enhance workflows and manage inventory effectively. Your expertise in ERP systems will enable you to monitor materials and logistics for project readiness. Engaging with various stakeholders, you'll ensure that all materials are available and comply with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute logistics and confirm lead times with suppliers
• Manage urgent material requests and optimize shipment schedules
• Track purchase order status and inventory availability
• Facilitate cycle counts and enhance supply chain efficiency
• Set safety stock levels to prevent shortages
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in systems like SAP and Fishbowl
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication for interdepartmental coordination
• Expertise in Excel for material data management
