Job Description
This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements.
Overview of roleThe Transaction Financing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of fleet transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all stages of the transaction lifecycle. This role combines operational leadership, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination to support successful transaction outcomes and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end fleet transaction lifecycle, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Review and validate financial analysis to ensure accuracy, sound assumptions, and alignment with business requirements and internal policies.
- Support and lead negotiations for complex transactions, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations), ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
- Track transaction progress, monitor key milestones, and proactively identify risks, delays, or issues requiring escalation.
- Provide regular reporting on transaction status, performance metrics, and key outcomes to management and stakeholders.
- Review and validate transaction documentation and agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency with approved terms.
- Partner with internal teams to support seamless implementation and ensure all downstream impacts are effectively managed.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction workflows, including streamlining processes, enhancing standardization, and supporting automation initiatives.
- Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of transaction management.
- Experience managing complex transactions in fleet, leasing, finance, or a related industry.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to review and interpret financial models and analyses.
- Experience supporting or leading negotiations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contract review, governance, and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
