Experienced Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of five years' experience in Contracts Administration or Contract Management and a solid understanding of EPC/EPCM contracts. In this role, you will lead contract lifecycle management and support sourcing activities such as RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations. Effective collaboration with legal teams and vendors will be crucial in managing change orders and claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full contract lifecycle management activities
• Prepare contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders
• Handle change orders and contractor negotiations
• Ensure compliance through team coordination
• Maintain documentation and reporting for contracts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in construction or major projects
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
