Bilingual Install Services Coordinator
Reports To:
Manager, Install Services

The Role
As a Bilingual Install Services Coordinator you will work with the Dealer Training Optimization team and Project Management team to facilitate a dealership transition from their current DMS provider to PBS.
Job Responsibilities
Work with Install Services Sr. Coordinator to ensure initial calls to dealerships are completed and information relayed to the teams.
Coordinate with Install Services Manager and Sr. Coordinator to ensure tasks on the Install Services checklist are completed before the install date by monitoring various department tasks, queues, scripts.
Follow up with dealership staff to obtain required information and ensure they have everything needed for the install.
Schedule staff for all DMS installs and book newer staff to shadow installs.
Communicate and collaborate regularly with Dealer Services teams and other departments to ensure all prerequisites for a successful install are met.
Process travel incentives and ensure correct incentives are distributed.
Schedule and book onsite days for dealerships requesting onsite trainers.
Work with training manager to ensure correct shadow process is in place and followed by staff.
Provide install gear (shirts, badges, etc.) for staff becoming install resources.
Assist with fast‑track installs from the sales department to ensure nothing is missed.
Work with Install Services Manager on various projects.
Assist the DTO Info Admin team with loading and coding of financials, DOCs, income dashboards, manufacturer inspections, loaner agreements, tire storage stickers, transfer of ownerships and letterheads.
Respond to both internal and external support requests in a timely manner.
Escalate issues to the corresponding teams when needed.
Commit to an ongoing system of education and cross‑training.
Maintain documentation and update processes as they change within the department.
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
1–2 years of previous experience in a related industry or field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel.
Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective time management.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization.
High School Diploma.
Available for occasional work on Saturday and/or Sunday to support software installations.
Available for occasional work on U.S./Canadian holidays based on installation needs.
