In this role, you will take charge of all administrative tasks connected to Employment Programs. Your responsibilities include managing participants, addressing client inquiries promptly, and ensuring documentation is complete for smooth program operations. Collaborate closely with hosts and participants to troubleshoot any issues and maintain a positive program atmosphere. You will also perform data reporting and contribute to business development efforts that align with ECO Canada's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee applications and approvals for Employment Programs
• Foster strong relationships with clients and participants
• Ensure documentation is completed timely
• Address program-related concerns for hosts and participants
• Support data analytics and business development efforts
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma essential
• Strong organizational skills crucial for multitasking
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Exceptional communication and client service abilities
• Ability to travel across Canada as needed
