- Location: Calgary, AB
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8hours a day
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-12-month contract

- Participate in and comply with all health and safety programs and policies
- Lead and execute the end-to-end competitive sourcing process, including strategy development, proposal evaluation, award recommendations, and contract formation
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions while maintaining strong, positive supplier relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve supplier cost, performance, and value delivery
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, deliverables, and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT teams, business units, and shared services) on contract strategies and lifecycle management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and governance requirements
- Support and implement contract changes and organizational updates, ensuring all modifications are properly evaluated and approved
- Resolve issues and disputes between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple contracts and sourcing initiatives simultaneously
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (SCMP or equivalent designation is an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or sourcing
- Proven experience with technology-related contracts, including:
- SaaS agreements
- Cloud services contracts
- Software licensing (on-premise and subscription)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Data privacy and security agreements
- Strong negotiation, contract formation, and supplier management experience
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain or purchasing systems (ERP/SAP preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
- High ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)

- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
