Position: Buyer Role with NSB Omega
Become the Buyer for NSB Omega’s major Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB, focusing on procurement efficiency and vendor partnerships. This role encompasses daily processing of requisitions into purchase orders.

In this position, you will process requisitions, perform simple negotiations, and address any discrepancies related to purchase orders. Collaborating with the strategic buyer, you’ll also support timely invoice payments and maintain purchase orders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and convert requisitions to purchase orders

• Collect vendor proposals and negotiate terms

• Approve invoice payments and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with strategic buyer for projects

• Ensure accurate maintenance of purchase orders

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay methodologies

• Strong analytical and collaborative skills

• Experience with contract development and relations

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors
