Construction ERP Business Analyst Position

In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation of a new construction ERP system, replacing an outdated framework. Your insight will ensure that key business processes are efficiently documented and improved while supporting functional leaders in the validation and design phases of the project. This position requires a strong understanding of construction workflows and financial controls, emphasizing documentation accuracy from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business process documentation and improvement initiatives
• Gather and validate requirements across various operational areas
• Collaborate with implementation partners during system deployment
• Participate in ERP governance and change management activities
• Own the ERP post-implementation product lifecycle
Requirements:
• 3–6 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Comfort with non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction ERPs is a plus
