Project Coordinator

This project coordinator role at Gescan focuses on supporting the Projects Manager with data entry, information maintenance, and order management for special projects.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Projects Manager with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.

• Entering all orders.
• Tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
• Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
• Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing any order returns and/or modifications i.e., addition to the order.
• Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.
• Customer clarification regarding order or progress.

• High School Diploma required.
• University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

• 1-3 years related experience required.
