Senior Business Analyst

Position: Contract Senior Business Analyst Opportunity
Engage in a critical contract role as a Senior Business Analyst focused on driving ERP and AI transformation projects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create effective business strategies.
This role entails working with the Business Transformation team to document and advance initiatives aimed at value creation. You will lead efforts to define AI use cases, facilitate process mapping, and develop key performance indicators. By maintaining clear communication with various teams, you’ll ensure successful alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner in developing business cases for transformational projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders for AI use case prioritization

• Lead workshops for process state documentation

• Define and measure KPIs for AI and ERP initiatives

• Document project governance and risks clearly
Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory

• Minimum of 8 years in business analysis

• Background in oil and gas essential

• Expertise in ERP and AI systems preferred
