This full-time, commission-based role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a solid background in sales or business development. You will be responsible for client acquisition across sectors such as oil and gas, mining, and construction while ensuring top-notch recruitment services. Your dual focus on business development and operational management makes this a dynamic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development in Calgary and region
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to agreements
• Build long-term client relationships for project success
• Recruit and place qualified trades for client positions
• Coordinate scheduling and manage regional operations
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience with target achievement
• Recruitment or placement background preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission environment
• Valid driver's license and travel availability
