Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the Logistics Analyst is responsible for safely and efficiently managing product movements for both third‑party and proprietary volumes.
Working closely with the internal teams and the business, the analyst maximizes product deliveries and receipts, provides accurate forecasts, and identifies revenue‑generating opportunities while ensuring operational alignment and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a solid understanding of and compliance with Pembina’s Corporate, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (SMS/EMS) policies and standards.
- Actively support and promote Pembina’s “Zero by Choice” safety culture and Life Saving Rules.
- Monitor monthly receipts and deliveries against nominations, and complete all month‑end allocations and balancing.
- Prepare regular reports and statistics for management, customers, and stakeholders.
- Review and support invoicing, contract alignment, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, service providers, and Operations to monitor shipments and resolve issues.
- Identify revenue opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment, including rotational evening and weekend shifts.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and team‑oriented work environment.
- 5+ years of logistics/scheduling experience, preferably in Gas or NGL.
- Production or volumetric accounting experience an asset.
- Strong knowledge of truck and rail transport regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Highly efficient analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on proactively identifying potential issues and providing solutions as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks, scheduling multiple receipt and delivery locations on a normal business cycle.
- An energetic team player with the ability to work productively within a team environment while independently driving personal results.
- Proven ability to multitask while balancing deadline‑driven workloads.
