Join CEDA as a hybrid Travel Coordinator based in Calgary, managing corporate travel efficiently. Support diverse teams in adhering to travel policies while thriving in a flexible work environment.
In this role, you will report to the Director of HR Services, coordinating travel arrangements for CEDA personnel. Key functions include resolving travel challenges and ensuring compliance with corporate travel standards. Your experience in negotiating with suppliers and developing travel KPIs will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all business travel and accommodation requests
• Address travel emergencies and manage last-minute changes
• Develop and implement travel policies and procedures
• Oversee administration of travel performance contracts
• Work with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of travel agency and corporate experience
• A diploma or certificate in a related field
• Knowledge of travel logistics and booking platforms
• Ability to analyze travel data and compile reports
• Flexibility for occasional weekend work during peak times
