Lead the client success journey as a Client Success Leader. Spearhead onboarding, implementation, and expansion initiatives for high-caliber B2B SaaS clients in the mortgage sector.
In this strategic position, you will take charge of the complete client journey, focusing on implementation and long-term client success. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct 5–8 client integration projects concurrently
• Organize project kickoff calls and set milestones
• Interface between client compliance and internal product teams
• Manage scope and timelines of integrations without coding
• Create processes and documentation that support scaling
Requirements:
• 5–10 years experience in client success or onboarding
• Skilled in managing technical projects, not just account management
• Knowledgeable about APIs and integration concepts
• Industry experience in financial services preferred
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
