Vehicle Hail Management Specialist

Manage vehicle hail damage recovery as a proficient Hail Manager. Ensure smooth operations regarding insurance claims and repairs while leading a team and ensuring high-quality standards.
This full-time, onsite role focuses on overseeing operations related to hail damage and vehicle repairs. As Hail Manager, you will coordinate with stakeholders, assess vehicle damage, and maintain professionalism in client interactions. Your experience in management will drive effective team performance in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations for hail damage repairs

• Coordinate team management and client relationships

• Estimate and plan repair strategies for vehicles

• Ensure repair quality standards are met

• Travel across Canada to support various hail locations
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of bodyshop or hail repair experience

• Insight into PDR/Hail Repair Process is advantageous

• Estimation experience with Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter

• Traveling capability across Canada is essential

• Strong communication skills, with French being an asset
