Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and prepare commercial proposals and tenders
• Review customer contracts for compliance and risk considerations
• Facilitate communication among Sales, Legal, and Finance teams
• Assist in maintaining high standards of internal approval processes
• Organize and document proposals and contract records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
• 2-5 years in contract management or commercial operations
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with contract governance and risk assessments
