Position: Supply Chain Contract Specialist Role

In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating significant contracts. Collaboration is key as you liaise with SCM, Legal, and business partners. You will ensure alignment with risk tolerance while delivering on complex contractual terms that impact organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers

• Draft agreements using Enbridge-approved templates

• Provide support in sourcing and procurement activities

• Advise on contract type selection based on SCM policies

• Document and maintain records for auditability and compliance
Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• At least six years in supply chain or Oil and Gas

• Expertise in contracts and negotiation

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Proficient in Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Office
