• Identify and mitigate account risks

• Address customer issues to maintain satisfaction
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer success management
• Proven track record of account expansion
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Skilled in project management and detail-oriented
• Experience in pricing and negotiations
