This position prioritizes daily procurement activities vital for Engineering Operations. You will administer the Purchase to Pay process, ensure optimal inventory management, and provide essential support for customer requests. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine and manage procurement inventory levels
• Monitor Material Requirements Planning to fulfill stock needs
• Support customer material requests efficiently
• Analyze SAP reports to improve KPIs
• Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience in procurement or inventory management
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and analytics
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
