As the leader of the procurement function, you will be responsible for developing strategies that support the firm’s business objectives. Your expertise in vendor governance and cost-saving strategies will be essential in managing complex procurement operations. This role requires a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and adopting new technology for improved processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations

• Oversee compliance and vendor performance monitoring

• Develop procurement policies tailored for multi-office operations

• Implement tools for improved procurement visibility and automation

• Educate stakeholders on procurement best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Proven procurement leadership experience

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
