Position: Rising Edge Group Purchasing Administrator Role
Join Rising Edge Group as a Purchasing Administrator, where you will streamline procurement processes for high-voltage infrastructure projects. This role combines sourcing, order management, and logistical coordination.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support the purchasing team by overseeing material sourcing and ensuring timely deliveries for multiple projects.

Your role will encompass creating Purchase Orders and managing records to align with project timelines efficiently. Strong negotiation and organizational skills are crucial as you collaborate with project managers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing processes in line with company standards

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Viewpoint

• Maintain and update project BOMs throughout the lifecycle

• Follow up on open POs and vendor deliveries

• Reconcile and review invoices for accurate costing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing

• Familiarity with electrical utility contracts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
