Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with assigned mid-market customers
• Drive adoption of high-value platform features
• Proactively identify and manage account risks
• Communicate the value of Onfleet’s offerings
• Conduct executive reviews and check-ins for customer health
Requirements:
• 5+ years of customer success expertise
• Proven experience growing a book of business
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in negotiations and commercial terms
