- Location: Calgary, AB
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8hours a day
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-12-month contract

- Maintain and update the central contract repository, including contracts, amendments, insurance certificates, and related documentation
- Track key contract dates, milestones, deliverables, and renewal timelines; issue reminders and follow up as required
- Coordinate routine communications with suppliers related to documentation, contract records, and invoice inquiries
- Support contract status tracking and provide accurate spend and commitment data for reporting and forecasting
- Prepare and distribute regular contract reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Support audit, ESG, risk, and compliance data requests with timely and accurate information
- Ensure contract records and activities align with company policies, governance, and delegation of authority
- Escalate commercial, performance, or delivery issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and administrative efficiency
- Diploma or certificate in business, supply chain, or a related discipline (Bachelor's degree is an asset)
- 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or document control
- Experience with in mining, energy, or heavy industry is considered an asset
- Knowledge of technology-related contracts (e.g., SaaS, cloud services, licensing, SLAs) is an asset
- Working knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and basic commercial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/SAP or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
- High ethical standards with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- A collaborative, proactive team player with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
