Position: Payments Business Analyst at PPJV
Drive transformation in payments with Prairie Payments Joint Venture as a Business Analyst. Engage with stakeholders to innovate and enhance credit union payment services in the Prairies.

In this Business Analyst role, you will support the modernization of payment services through comprehensive business analysis. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of Canadian payment systems. Your ability to communicate and collaborate will be essential in enhancing operational performance and supporting system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations and system efficiencies

• Define and document business and functional requirements

• Engage stakeholders to validate understanding and requirements

• Conduct gap analysis for process and system integration

• Support project planning, estimation, and risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years in business analysis, particularly within payments

• Familiarity with electronic funds transfer systems

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
