Support strategic engagement initiatives in Calgary as a Project Engagement Coordinator. This hybrid role focuses on data analytics and communication to enhance organizational effectiveness.
As the Organizational Effectiveness Engagement Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in driving engagement projects and supporting analytics within the Projects Organization. A solid background in Business, Marketing, or Communications is essential, along with expertise in Excel and Power BI. You'll be tasked with managing multiple priorities and producing impactful communication across levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop content for engagement activities and workshops
- Maintain detailed reporting and analytics using Excel
- Engage with various stakeholders and enhance connections
- Synthesize data to develop dashboards and indicators
- Coordinate logistics for engagement-related events
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
- Solid analytical skills using Excel and Power BI
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SharePoint preferred but not required
