Senior Consultant, Assortment Planning CTC

The Senior Consultant, reporting to the Manager, will provide insights and recommendations to enhance assortment strategy across all banners. This role emphasizes collaboration with merchandise planning and merchant teams to align category strategies. You will support assortment guardrails and prepare insights for performance meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic insights based on market and customer data

• Assist in refreshing category management frameworks

• Define and validate assortment guardrails with research insights

• Collaborate with teams to refine category strategies

• Prepare materials for monthly performance meetings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in assortment planning within retail

• Strong understanding of Retail Math principles

• Proven success in managing cross-functional projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
