Key Responsibilities:

• Document all customer interactions in ASE

• Deliver timely updates to customers and insurance companies

• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the field

• Basic proficiency in computer tools

• Knowledge of repair management systems

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
