Portfolio Systems Analyst

Position: Portfolio Systems Analyst - Full-time Contract
Be part of Trans Mountain's dedicated team as a Portfolio Systems Analyst in Calgary. This contract role emphasizes collaboration, data management, and quality project reporting.

As a full-time analyst, you will be involved in managing project structures and contribute to user access administration. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience and a background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Your role will enhance effective workflows and project controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily PIMS Cost updates and user help tasks

• Help set up project structures and control accounts

• Validate D365 export activities and documentation

• Monitor workflow status for PMOC submissions

• Run reports for Portfolio Management and Project Controls

Requirements:

• Educational background in Business Administration or Finance

• Experience of 3-5 years in a similar capacity

• Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
