Become a key player in DIALOG's architectural team as an Architectural Contract Administrator. Influence community design positively while overseeing construction compliance and facilitating effective contractor relations.
With 5–9 years in Contract Administration, you will collaborate with leaders across architecture and engineering r role will encompass managing construction documents, handling RFIs, and ensuring that projects meet client expectations and regulatory requirements, all while cultivating an inclusive community focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support construction meetings and site reviews
• Liaise with contractors and project teams
• Validate contract progress and claims accurately
• Assist with documentation for contract changes
• Provide objective input in conflict resolution
Requirements:
• 5–9 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of procurement and construction contracts
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in construction
• Access to a vehicle for site visits
