As a Buyer, you will report to the Branch Manager and play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and cost management for various products. This position requires purchasing products based on historical data, monitoring stock levels and expiration dates, and collaborating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse

• Ensure up-to-date costing for all purchased items

• Notify Sales Reps of price increases

• Collaborate with suppliers for best pricing

• Monitor stock, production, and best-before dates

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred

• Background in protein products is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid Drivers license required
