Lead impactful proposal development as McMillan's Proposal Development Specialist. This pivotal role combines strategy, writing, and team leadership in a collaborative environment.
McMillan is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for analyzing RFPs, leading proposal creation, and collaborating with various teams. Your strong writing skills in English and French will ensure that proposals resonate well with clients and uphold the firm's integrity and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze RFP requirements for strategic responses
• Lead proposal teams in project execution
• Write and refine narratives for submissions
• Manage collaboration throughout the proposal process
• Maintain organized proposal materials and databases
Requirements:
• 3+ years in proposal and marketing writing
• Exceptional bilingual writing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft
365 tools
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
