Reporting to the Director, HR Services, this position is focused on managing the daily operations of CEDA's centralized travel program. You will liaise with different divisions to ensure smooth coordination of their travel needs and adherence to company policies while handling challenges promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate business travel and accommodation bookings
• Address travel emergencies and schedule adjustments
• Develop and maintain adherence to travel policies
• Analyze travel contracts and supplier negotiations
• Assist finance with cost reconciliation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years in agency and corporate travel
• Knowledge of Sabre system preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Ability to compile monthly travel data
• Diploma in related fields is advantageous
