The RoleThe CRM Systems and Data specialist will support the day‑to‑day management of our CRM platforms, Pipeline and Hub Spot. This role will assist in system configuration, data maintenance, reporting, and user support to help drive adoption and enhance business processes for Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about enabling teams to leverage CRM systems to their fullest potential.
Job Responsibilities- Perform data imports/exports and assist with integrations
- Develop dashboards and reports for teams and leadership
- Facilitate user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to drive adoption
- Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and support system‑related initiatives
- Assist in configuring CRM objects, workflows, fields, and automation rules
- Contribute to CRM enhancements, including testing and implementation activities
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data integrity through accurate data entry, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot and/or Pipeline
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, completeness and consistency with experience maintaining clean, reliable records
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS office and reporting tools
- Ability to translate team requirements into actionable CRM solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across departments
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process gaps, data issues and opportunities for CRM improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
