Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently upload, update, and manage product content on the site’s Product Detail Pages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content-related issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with buyers and purchasing coordinators to enrich vendor data and improve product information quality.
- Support enhanced content initiatives that elevate the customer experience, including new media assets and structured data.
- Maintain documentation and best‑practice guidelines for content onboarding and quality control.
- Proven experience managing product data in an e‑commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency with CMS platforms, Excel, and basic SQL queries.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
