Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently upload, update, and manage product content on the site’s Product Detail Pages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content-related issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to maintain data integrity.

• Support enhanced content initiatives that elevate the customer experience, including new media assets and structured data.
• Maintain documentation and best‑practice guidelines for content onboarding and quality control.

• Proven experience managing product data in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong proficiency with CMS platforms, Excel, and basic SQL queries.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
