Highwood, a leader in methane management, seeks a Client Engagement Lead to turn delivered value into new projects and partnerships. This pivotal role requires building strong, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across sustainability, operations, and procurement. You'll collaborate with consultants to identify needs and convert them into actionable expansion opportunities—all while maintaining oversight of commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain comprehensive account plans for stakeholders

• Own the entire commercial process from opportunity to contract

• Develop and manage multi-threaded relationships within accounts

• Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure service is not oversold

• Maintain accurate data in Hub Spot and contribute to forecasts

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B account management roles

• Familiarity with procurement, MSAs, and contract renewals

• Ability to quantify value to executive buyers

• Technical fluency in oil and gas industry topics

• Strong discipline in CRM management and account planning
