As part of the Supply Chain Management team, you will oversee day-to-day contract formation, administration, and compliance activities. Your expertise will drive the end-to-end bid process, ensuring that strategic objectives align with supplier interactions. This position demands a solid background in contract negotiation, supplier performance evaluation, and adherence to Glencore's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute competitive bid processes
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance against KPIs
• Coordinate contract management with various stakeholders
• Resolve supplier-related issues promptly
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum five years in contract management
• Experience in technology-related contracts and RFPs
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
