Position: Calgary Based Compliance Operations Analyst
Join UFA in Calgary as a Compliance Operations Analyst, where you will support key operational tasks and drive compliance initiatives. This full-time role focuses on accurate data management and reporting.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Operations, aiding in centralized processes to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes. You will actively monitor compliance and assist in audit readiness efforts while providing robust administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication among internal teams

• Prepare and distribute operational reports and documentation

• Maintain and update critical operational records

• Identify and recommend process improvements

• Support operational compliance and transaction accuracy

Requirements:

• Business Administration or related degree and equivalent experience

• 5+ years in operations or administrative roles

• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Proficiency in office software plus advanced Excel skills
