Land Advisor II – Mineral Contracts

Pantheon is hiring a Land Advisor II as a Mineral Lease & Contracts Analyst to support its major Oil and Gas client. This position emphasizes strong analytical skills and effective lease management.

In your role, you'll be responsible for analyzing agreements, maintaining land records, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your contributions will help protect the company’s land interests while liaising with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret mineral ownership details of leases

• Maintain updates in Land Systems for accurate records

• Manage mineral admin work for assigned areas effectively

• Collaborate with royalty accounting to resolve invoice issues

• Monitor compliance with lease agreements and relay updates

Requirements:

• Strong analytical ability in agreement terms

• Knowledge of land management in Oil and Gas

• Experience with data integrity maintenance

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Negotiation skills for resolution of disputes
