Position: Senior Benefits Specialist Contract at TYLin
Make an impact at TYLin as a Senior Benefits Specialist on a 12-month contract, focusing on employee benefits across North America, with an emphasis on compliance and M&A integration.

This role is designed for a qualified professional with expertise in benefits administration, looking to contribute to strategic growth through comprehensive program oversight.

You'll work with HR leadership to enhance employee experiences, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with various regulations. Your strategic analysis will drive the continuous improvement of benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health and retirement benefits for U.S. and Canada

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain documentation

• Lead vendor negotiations to optimize service quality

• Develop and distribute benefits communication materials

• Monitor trends and recommend actionable improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar

• 3+ years' experience in North American benefits administration

• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations

• Proven M&A experience

• Strong analytical and project management capabilities
