Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate approvals and manage contract setups
• Support financial tracking by processing invoices
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost trackers
• Manage multiple projects' timelines and issues
• Lead procurement processes to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in project administration or coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Confident in budget management and financial tracking
• Effective communicator with diverse teams
• Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle
