The Contract & Renewals Specialist role is designed for someone with a background in SaaS contract management and customer success. You will be responsible for coordinating renewals, tracking price changes, and ensuring compliance across multiple teams like Sales and Finance. This process-oriented position requires proactive engagement and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete renewal lifecycle from start to execution

• Monitor upcoming renewals to prevent churn

• Align price change communications with customers

• Coordinate internal documentation across teams

• Document cancellations efficiently for tracking

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in renewals or contract management

• Proficient in invoice and purchase order processes

• Experience with CRM tools such as Hub Spot

• High attention to detail and organization

• Knowledge of revenue recognition practices
