In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of office spaces will ensure operational efficiency, oversee lease agreements, and serve as the point of contact for emergency response efforts. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will lead renovations and office space planning initiatives focused on meeting regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement facilities strategies in line with business needs
• Oversee daily functionalities of office spaces
• Manage all commercial lease agreements and compliance
• Lead crisis management and continuity planning efforts
• Facilitate office renovations and relocations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management
• Strong knowledge of OHS regulations and compliance
• Excellent project management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Your expertise in facilities operations will be instrumental in advancing the environmental standards at PPJV.
