This full-time role is designed for individuals passionate about innovation and support in an academic setting. As a Coordinator, you will facilitate programs like Innovation Sandbox, maintaining participant engagement, tracking metrics, and ensuring a high-quality participant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day functions of innovation initiatives

• Coordinate onboarding and eligibility for participants

• Analyze trends and provide program insights

• Maintain communication across internal and external stakeholders

• Assist in identifying process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, innovation, or related fields

• 2-5 years experience in program management

• Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset

• Comfort managing multiple projects at once

• Experience in startup or innovation environments
