Position: Operational Role in Contract Renewals
Explore a vital operational role at Algo as a Contract & Renewals Specialist, coordinating the contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance in North America. This position will enhance your skills in customer engagement and contract management.

With 3-5 years of relevant experience in SaaS environments, you'll be integral to supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in contract renewals.

Your role will focus on managing accurate documentation, proactive renewal alerts, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Collaboration with Finance and Legal will also be key to minimizing churn and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the renewal process from start to finish

• Track renewals and proactively inform internal teams

• Ensure all price changes are communicated effectively

• Maintain logs for cancellations and contract updates

• Validate purchase orders and ensure billing alignment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in contract management or renewals

• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and invoicing

• CRM experience, particularly with Hub Spot, preferred

• Strong detail orientation and process focus

• Effective stakeholder management capabilities
