Drive process efficiency and enhance customer service as an Operational Excellence Business Advisor II with Intact, leveraging a hybrid work model. Your expertise in continuous improvement and analytical skills will make a significant impact on Claims Optimization.
In this role, you'll contribute to a culture of excellence within claims management. You'll focus on reimagining processes, optimizing workflows, and facilitating impactful workshops. Working autonomously, you will engage with various teams to drive effective solutions that enhance service quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reimagine outcome-focused processes and clarify decision points
• Lead process improvement initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Optimize claims management models to enhance service quality
• Conduct statistical and cost-benefit analyses to support recommendations
• Facilitate strategic vision workshops integrating AI use cases
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in advisory or analytical roles
• Experience in process optimization, ideally Lean Six Sigma certified
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally
