As a Facilities Officer at Prairie Payments Joint Venture, you will manage office spaces across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. This role focuses on aligning facilities operations with business goals while implementing Occupational Health and Safety standards. You'll also administer contracts, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop facilities operational strategies aligned with business needs
• Oversee daily operations and safety of office locations
• Manage commercial lease agreements and compliance obligations
• Serve as point of contact for emergency planning and crisis management
• Lead space planning and office relocations in coordination with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years in facilities management or building operations
• Proven experience with OHS regulations and committees
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Contribute to delivering modernized payment solutions while ensuring a functional and safe workspace for Prairie Payments Joint Venture.
