Project Manager (Part-Time) – Records Management Initiative
We are seeking a client-facing Project Manager to support an active records management initiative, working closely with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and delivery. This role will focus on creating and executing project plans, improving business processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across work streams. The PM will oversee progress, manage scope changes, and help transition the project into a sustainable operational model.
This is a part‑time engagement (approx. 300 hours over 4–5 months) with the potential for additional project work based on performance.
- Proven experience managing projects focused on business process improvement
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and push back when needed
- Ability to work part‑time with flexibility (ramping up initially, then scaling down over time)
- Robust organizational and documentation skills, including project plans, charters, and process mapping
- Experience with records management projects or systems
- Exposure to transitioning unstructured data into a structured system
- Willingness to learn and complete training in records management fundamentals
- Ability to operate with an “as‑needed” mindset, focusing on adding value vs. maximizing hours
